Applications of BBa_K2725009
It was observed that mCherry fluorescence increased for this part compared to control mCherry fluorescence levels. We theorised that this was due to the binding of sRNA increasing gene expression by increasing the stability of the RNA transcript. This part may therefore be used when a high level of mCherry fluoresence is required.
