In this composited part, we first use the sequence in part:BBa_K2717009 and then a reversed similar mCherry composition (see Figure 1). We design this part （named control group 2）to calculate the efficiency of stop-start codon "TGATG".

function: We design this part to test the efficiency of stop-start codon "TGATG". Both green and pink fluorescence can be detected after using this part (with IPTG induction).
