mprA-GAPGH promoter-emrr binding promoter-mCherry

he vector is linked with GAPDH promoter, emrR ,sddsdsaaadd emrR binding promoter and mcherry fluorescent protein, which can realize the response of mcherry fluorescence intensity to the concentration of salicylic acid in the outside. After the strain is expanded and cultured, different concentrations of salicylic acid are added for induction. It can be found that the higher the concentration of salicylic acid, the greater the overall fluorescence intensity.

Function: It can realize the fluorescence intensity of mcherry fluorescent egg in response to salicylic acid concentration.
