Design Notes

This part was designed so that it would be orthogonal to the E. coli genome, the other WM_Pad site and the UNS sequences used in 3G assembly. GC content was set to be between 45-55%, and the sequences for forbidden or common restriction sites were forbidden. Tracks of identical base pairs longer than 3 were disallowed, and sequences needed to end in a G or C base.
