Design Notes

This sequence has been specifically optimised for Escherichia coli K12 with the help of [http://www.jcat.de/ JCAT] starting from the protein sequence. The optimization allows a CAI-Value for the improved DNA sequence of 1.0 with a 60.7% GC-Content.
