Applications of BBa_K2650001

In early transformations, this part is visibly red/pink on plates and is therefore assumed to be correctly expressing and folding the mCherry portion of the fusion protein. Further application notes are pending. First 2 pictures below show the transformation of BslA mCherry in Bacillus (labeled B). The last 2 pictures show the transformation of BslA mCherry in E.coli (petri dish H).
