Applications of BBa_K2624004

We used this part to construct the "p-H*-U6" plasmid in order to express the inhibitory strand to inhibit the effect of RNA interference caused by miRNA. The results of qPCR (Real-time Quantitative Polymerase Chain Reaction) shows that the effect of inhibitory strand was obvious, which reduced the expression of miRNA and increase the expression of MAP4K4 mRNA.
