Design Notes
The 2x 70 bp homologies were designed to allow "pseudo-cloning" of a BioBrick from the present backbone pMA-RQ-@TetFlp to pTetFlp BBa_K260002 via recombineering using the PvuII fragment containing the BioBrick, where BioBrick prefix and suffix are kept untouched.
