This part is the T7 RNA Polymerase-based expression cassette of the RNA Aptamer Probe (RAP) BBa_K2582005. It targets the influenza Hemagglutinin subtype 3 (Gene accession number: NC_007366.1) by nucleotide 1305-1326.

Usage and Biology

This part is assembled for the expression of a RNA Aptamer Probe, a RNA aptamer that enhances the fluorescence of its docking fluorogen upon binding of a complementary RNA. When transformed into any DE3 strains of E. coli, it can be expressed by IPTG induction.
