Design Notes

We performed codon optimization to adapt to eukaryotic cells. In order to get TetR into the nucleus, we also added SV40 NLS.


Source

We found the sequence information of BBa_K2450202 and synthesized the sequence. The miniCMV promoter was cloned from a plasmid borrowed from other laboratories in the school.
