ZF42.10

This part is a synthetic engineered zinc finger which can bind to ZF42.10 binding sites with high specificity. It can also function with other synthetic zinc fingers with high orthogonality, thus enabling us to construct our zinc finger-based combiner. It can also be utilized by other iGEM teams to build their own zinc finger-based genetic circuits in mammalian cells. We include this part as it is required for the parts collection Part:BBa_K2549016 ~ Part:BBa_K2549043. It was developed for the project Swords http://2017.igem.org/Team:Fudan .
