The sfGFP(BbsI free) is BbsI restriction site free and can be used in Golden Gate assembly.
Source
sfGFP(BbsI free) has two mutations from superfolder GFP(BBa_I746916)- from 5’-gaagac-3’ to 5’-gaggat-3’. And other sequences are derived from Registry of Standard Biological Parts.
