Applications of BBa_K2522000
This part will hopefully be applied to our project in the future in the form of a co-culture, allowing cellulose to bind to the outside of a cell while protecting another plasmid inside. For our project this plasmid would be our "sense/response" module.
This plasmid has not been experimentally tested to see if it works as theoretically expected. Future testing would also be done to determine how robust the plasmid is in regards to cellulose degradation/deployment into the field.
