This graph shows the regulatory effects of MicF and the OmpF target sequence pair under with different IPTG concentrations. It is graphed on a logarithmic scale and standard error bars have been included. MicF was on a high copy number plasmid (80 copies per cell) and the target sequence was fused to GFP on a low copy number plasmid(1-3 copies per cell). (Paired with part Ba K252009)
