Design Notes

Made with Gibson Assembly. The RBS is immediately flanked by the AcrR start codon, which could hamper expression.


Source

AcrR was obtained from E. coli MG1655 genomic DNA. The backbone, RBS, and terminator were amplified from our 2016 part, BBa_K1966003.
