Applications of BBa_K2448050
The [http://2017.igem.org/Team:Newcastle Newcastle iGEM 2017 team] developed an innovative biosensor screening platform, Sensynova. Their system is aimed at characterizing biosensor-based screening systems and generate variants of reporter genes, promoters and sensitivity tuning. This part was tested on this platform.
