Usage and Biology

A specificity and efficiency expression system based on the T7 RNA polymerase (T7 RNAP) and its promoter is one of the most powerful expression systems for cloning and expressing recombinant proteins in Escherichia coli.T7 RNA polymerase without any auxiliary transcription factor can identify the specific promoter.At the same time it can exhibit high activity, and almost complete its downstream transcription of all DNA sequences, and even causes the phenomenon of transcription reading through. In this experiment it will be used as the main components of amplifying circuit.
