Design Notes

The Anderson-Promoter is a constitutive promoter system which needs no further induction. The original promoter was modified with two other cleavage sites, which provides a tool for changing the RBS sequence as well as the promoter.

The gene is originating from the gram-negative bacteria Rhizobium leguminosarum. The sequence was taken from UniProt (A0A088MB42) and sequenced via IDT. Promotor and RBS are from Part BBa_K2380025
