improved mCherry RFP

This part is an improved BBa_J18932 (mCherry RFP), created by modifying the sequence preceding the hidden translational start site near the N-terminus. This weakens the RBS and reduces translation initiation at the internal ATG, thereby reducing the percentage of truncated protein.
