Design Notes
This part is a basic part containing a nitrogen-sensitive promoter glnAp2 and its regulatory sequences. The pre-attached RBS frees users from tedious DNA assembly. The riboJ is added to insulate the transcriptional elements, so that they will not interfere with each other. This enables users to test the function of the promoter more precisely.

The DNA of glnAp2 is synthesized according to documented sequences. RiboJ and RBS comes from Lou lab.
