Design Notes

The peroxisomal targeting signal 1 supposedly consists of 12 amino acids(Erdmann et al.,2015). We did research on the amino acid composition naturally occuring in Pts1 sequences (Lametschwandter et al., 1998) and designed our Pts1 sequences with respect to that, just modifying the last four amino acids.
