Design Notes

The strong terminator is followed by a constitutive promoter so that the transcription of the gene upstream of the terminator is adequately insulated to not influence transcription of the gene downstream of the TetR promoter. This intermediate is constructed to allow for the construction of Part:BBa_K218006.
