PyeaR with bacterial luciferase

This is nitrate- and nitrite-responsive promoter PyeaR attached to bacterial luciferase luxAB of Xenorhabdus (Photorhabdus) luminescens. It produces light in the presence of nitrate or nitrite when supplied with a long chain aldehyde (eg, decanal) as substrate.
