Design Notes

Sequencing before submission to registry revealed a 1bp deletion of base 2 "t" in the promoter p25 (BBa_K2151002). This is in the -35 site, but this part produces amilCP blue chromoprotein so the promoter is still able to drive expression of amilCP.
