Design Notes

The target sequence was generated by Alex Mayorov using Benchling software and the scaffold sequence was obtained from Addgene. Two additional Guanine after the transcription start site is added to provide stability for the target RNA on advice from Dr Nikola Patron (Earlham Institute).
