Platelet Derived Growth Factor-B M3

This Biobrick codes for a modified version of Platelet Derived Growth Factor-B. There are many Isoforms for PDGF-B, many of which have identical binding sites but have differing flanking regions. Throughout extensive literature research and analysis of protein folding models we determined that some of these flanking regions may be unnecessary.
