Applications of BBa_K2100013

Our team used hEF1a-tagBFP as a transfection marker for some of our experiments. This particular experiment characterizing the EGSH promoter measured blue fluorescent output from hEF1a-tagBFP to analyze how many copy numbers of plasmids the cells uptook. The graph shows an increase in blue fluorescence corresponds with an increase in red fluorescence at the basal level (uninduced without the coactivator), indicating that when more hEF1a-BFP plasmids are uptaken, so is the plasmid of interest, in this case pEGSH-mKate.
