Design Notes

With supplimentory Trp in the media, Ptrp can be silenced and when we add IAA to induce it, the downstream gene CI will be produced to block pR thus there will be no CIII produced.


Source

ptrp are mutant stype from HUST-China previous project. CI, CIII and pR are all derived from bacteriaphage lambda.
