Design Notes

We were looking for the best method to optimize gene expression in E.coli and wanted to check out if there is any influence of the 8R tag for the mRNA stability.


Source

The AraC-pBAD promoter is a fragment of E.coli K-12 genome. We used one of the sfGFP permutation, with 8R tag to check the translation efficiency.
