The clone for PAH was obtained from Imagenes (Library : 1643 (Human Liver cDNA), Set : 969 (IRAU MGC Human verified full length cam cDNA), Source: liver))
Site directed mutagenesis was undertaken in order to remove the XbaI and PstI sites that are present in the Homo sapiens sequence.
