In presence of N-acetyl glucosamine in the media, the clones are expected to be red, and white without this substrate. BBa K1937003-results.png

We indeed observed some red stains on the colonies only with the pNagP promoter growing on NAG (as well as with the pNagA promoter, see part BBa_K1937004), but the expression is late during the colonies development and does not seem to be specific (same resut with the control plate on glucose)
