Design Notes

Nucleic sequence and coding gene of DSIP is unknown. We decided to convert amino-acid sequence into nucleic sequence. After that we used optimisation codon sequence for Caenorhabditis elegans. We decided to add two DSIP sequence with P2A sequence between them. We also added an ATG codon stop in 5'-end.
