Design Notes

In our experiment, we use FUGW as the backbone, which contains a promoter itself, but we need insert an additional promoter.So how to remove its own promoter is important for our design.

The hTert promoter is from genomic sequence of human. GFP is from the genomic Aequorea victoria.
