Design Notes

The coding sequence was optimized for E.coli express by Genscript. A restriction enzyme cleavage site of PstI in gene was mutated by oe-pcr.

The original sequence of AarC comes from GenBank NC_021991.1. The sample used for experiments was artificially systhesized by Synbio Technologies Co., Ltd.
