Monomeric Streptavidin (mSA2)
Assembly Compatibility:
- 10COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[10]
- 12COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[12]
- 21COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[21]
- 23COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[23]
- 25INCOMPATIBLE WITH RFC[25]Illegal NgoMIV site found at 4
Illegal AgeI site found at 379 - 1000COMPATIBLE WITH RFC[1000]
Design Notes
This part is compatible with the RFC25 "Freiburg standard", which is used to assemble fusion proteins. Restriction sites for NgoMIV and AgeI have been inserted downstream of the start codon and upstream of the stop codon, respectively.
Source
Combination of streptavidin (Streptomyces avidinii) and rhizavidin (Rhizobium etli), engineered through homology modeling [1].
