Design Notes

The promoter and terminator were cloned into the vector containing the cleavage enzyme.


Source

The coding sequence of this CBZ cleavage enzyme came from a study by Patel et al. See Part:BBa_K1879000, which is just the enzyme coding sequence. The promoter (BBa_J23118) and terminator (BBa_J61048) came from the iGEM kit.
