Design Notes

This is a component of BBa_K1861010, BBa_K1861020, BBa_K1861040, BBa_K1861050, BBa_K1861060, and BBa_K1861070.
To make this part BioBrick-compatible, we exchanged the T on position 133 to a C, thus removing a SpeI restriction site.
