Tetracycline repressor under AraC regulated promoter

Coding region for the TetR protein connected to medium RBS and arabinose-dependent promoter. CDS of TetR is modified with an LVA tail for rapid degradation of the protein. TetR binds to the pTet regulator (Part:BBa_R0040). Anhydrotetracycline binds to TetR and inhibits its operation.
