The sequence of this part does not exactly match with the theoretical one due to one silent mutation in holin gene and to some wrong scar sequences, as reported in BBa_K112808 Experience page. Anyway, the regulatory sequences and the encoded amino acids are correct and the part has been shown to work as expected (see characterization in BBa_K112808 Experience page).
