Applications of BBa_K1720003
This part is a scilencing device targeting human phosphodiesterase 5A gene. PDE5A is a cGMP-specific phosphodiesterase. We used this part to up regulate the concentration of cGMP. cGMP is a second messenger in NO-sGC-cGMP pathway that can remit the myocardial hypertrophy by relaxing the vessels.
