Invasin with LysM signal peptide (Lactococcus)

Invasin enables bacteria to invade mammalian cells via beta-integrin mediated endocytosis. Invasin was codon optimised for Lactococcus species, and the lactococcal LysM signal peptide was added to localise it to the outermembrane when used to transform Lactococcus species.
