Design Notes
We degrade benzo[a]pryene by Laccase. It will become bap-1,6-quinone. And bap-1,6-quinone can combine with QsrR which can repress K1613012. When bap-1,6-quinone combine with QsrR,it will be activated and go away.and K1613012 can work and produce rfp.
