Design Notes

We choosed lacI-binding-site of part BBa_R0010 because we assumed older parts would be more reliable.

The part is shipped in backbone J61002 because the functionality is directly visible by adding IPTG. RFP (E1010) should get expressed then.

The "lacI binding site" of Part R_0010 differs from lacO from Part BBa_J33207.
