Design Notes
In order to properly produce the LuxR protein, we put a terminator behind LuxR.
We also had two XbaI sites at J61100, so when we tried to cut using EcoRI and XbaI, there was a chance that the constitutive promoter could be eliminated, which we had to consider.

We used Part J61100, a ribosome binding site from Part J23100, Part C0062 to promote C0062, Part K83017 to put a Terminator behind LuxR, and Part J37032 to produce GFP.
