. merR mechanism . why we add a merR to a existed part?(advantage,necessity)



We built our part with a existed part (BBa_K346002)----which provided us a PmerT promoter----and a merR sequence synthetized by ourselves. However, you need to add upstream an rbs to make it work if you decide to adopt our part.
