Extracellular RFP

Improvements to BBa_K1190003 of 2013 Arizona Team, this design is made to do functional measurement checking YebF, this part contains a strong promoter, J23100, and signal sequence yebF together with is recombinant red florescent protein, and a double terminator at the end. In our experiment, we use the circuit to compare and test if the signal sequence works.
