Design Notes

This part was designed to function as a plasmid to characterize the pcI/tet promoter with the [http://2014.igem.org/Team:Wageningen_UR/project/characterization rhamnose mediated characterization].

This characterization method allows to produce different concentrations of repressor at different concentrations of rhamnose.
