Our team used this part to construct the biosafety modules Part:BBa_K1554004 and Part:BBa_K1554005 for Nicotiana benthamiana. However, when we tried to express the protein by transient expression under the regulation of the P35s constitutive promoter and the T35s terminator we found out that this part did not work as expected. |
