Design Notes

Codon optimised using IDT codon optimiser

This contains restriction sites in order to insert testing modules either side of the forwards GFP.

The stop codons were artificially added in order to definitively stop translation following this.

THe poly A tail was added to ensure efficient transfection of the mRNA following in vitro transcription.
