Forward GFP for human cells

The forward GFP testing module for human cells is a specially designed testing module. It contains GFP codon optimised to work in human cells using IDT codon optimiser and was used to test the EMCV IRES, NKRF IRES and Anti-theophylline aptazyme in vivo.<p> This schematic developed in Geneious shows the organisation of the FG testing module

Usage

The FG was intended to be used to test the EMCV IRES (BBa_K1442023) and the NKRF IRES (BBa_K1442024) using the restriction sites AscI and BsrGI before the GFP. After the GFP are two more restriction sites Mau BI and Mlu I that can be used to test the Aptazyme (BBa_K1442006) and the DPP-IV target (BBa_K1442111).
